Return Policy

We take pride in creating high-quality, custom pet puzzles that are uniquely designed for each customer. As each puzzle is made to order, our refund and returns policy is as follows:

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Before Artwork Approval: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before confirming the artwork for production. Orders canceled before artwork approval are eligible for a full refund.

• After Artwork Approval: Once the artwork is confirmed, the production process begins, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded as each puzzle is custom-made.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Puzzles: If your puzzle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

• Incorrect Order Received: If you receive a puzzle that does not match your confirmed artwork, we will correct the mistake by sending you a replacement.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you experience an issue covered under our policy, please follow these steps:

• Email us at contact@puzzlemypet.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and include clear photos of the issue.
• Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom pet puzzles that have been confirmed and produced cannot be returned or refunded unless they meet the conditions outlined above
